Earth is the common home to all people
Ten years ago, Pope Francis wrote an encyclical called "Laudatis Si," regarding our role in caring for God's creation. Francis encouraged all parishes and individuals to do something to improve our environment.
Now Pope Leo is encouraging us to revisit the document of his successor and relate it to our responsibilities in caring for creation today.
In our next Curious Catholics, I will summarize the content of "Laudatis Si." I will offer some suggestions about what we can do as a parish and in our homes to live out our duty as stewards of God's creation.
